WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ApplePay AND Afterpay

CAN I HOLD ITEMS IN MY CART?
Unfortunately, items cannot be held or reserved in carts as Shopify does not currently allow this feature - mainly for security reasons. If an item has dropped out of your cart before checking out and has now sold out, we do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your understanding.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Place an order with Harlee & Co.using Afterpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four instalments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!

WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is available to the following Harlee customers:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

Orders must be below $1000. Afterpay is not available on gift cards. You must be 18 or over, have a bank account and an Australian or New Zealand residential address ). Late payment fees will apply. If you'd like more information on this then click

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders will receive an automatic email to the email address provided, as soon as tracking details are available.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING DETAILS.
We try our best, but sometimes they make their way to 'Junk/Spam'. Make sure you have a quick check and then mark it as 'Not Junk' for any future orders. 

If you still can't find the email, please email hello@harleeandco.com and make sure you tell us:

- Your full name
- delivery address
- Contact number
- Garments purchased with quantity and size

I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO? 
Please email hello@harleeandco.com with your order # and we will look into this for you.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact the Harlee Team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, full name, email address and photos of the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact hello@harleeandco.com to be reviewed.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Yes, you can return items or exchange your item for another garment with the same value or exchange for a different size. We do not offer returns on sale items. Please email hello@harleeandco.com if you wish to return or exchange your item. The purchaser will need to return the item at their own cost within 14 days of receiving the order. Perth returns are also available.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your order will be processed by a Harlee team member within 36 hours of receiving the order and be shipped to your preferred address.

2-8 business days - Standard Shipping 
1-4 business days - Express Shipping

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES & TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
There are no further taxes, duties or charges on Australian deliveries

AMEND OR CANCEL ORDER

BEFORE PAYMENT
You can amend your order in the MY CART section of the website before processing payment for your order.

AFTER PAYMENT
It can be difficult to process all requests for order amendments post-payment, but our team can usually facilitate the following updating requests:

- shipping address
- contact details
- removing items

If you need to swap or amend sizes of products in an order you have already paid for, our team may not able to process this. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly before confirming your payment to ensure the accuracy of your order.

To make this amendments, please email hello@harleeandco.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Any requests received outside of the 4 hour window may not be processed in time before your order is released for shipment.

We try our best to have as many issues resolved before they ever start affecting your shopping experience.

- Roughly what time it occurred
- Were you on your laptop, mobile or tablet
