Money Back Guarantee
Our Money Back Guarantee extends for a 14 day period. It doesn't matter if they've been worn and used, if you aren't happy with your purchase we will take it back for a full refund. Why? Because we know our activewear is some of the best in the industry and we are more than happy to back it with a Guarantee!

Refunds and Return (After the 14 day Guarantee)

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free (after the 14 day money back guarantee), subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@harleeandco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We understand that online shopping can be tricky as you can’t physically feel or see the item prior to purchase. If you are wanting to exchange the product for another size, you will need to return your product for us to process and provide you with the correct sizing of your product. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will action your exchange. You may have to cover the delivery cost.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and continuously returning a lot or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with us via emailing hello@harleeandco.com and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact the Harlee Team. They'll give you a returns label although you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
