Shipping

Please note the below are guidelines only, as guaranteed delivery times have been temporarily suspended.

Orders will be processed by a Harlee team member within 36 hours of receiving the order and be shipped to your preferred address stated on the invoice. You will receive confirmation and tracking details when available.

Standard Delivery

Delivery will occur between 9am – 5pm the next business day when you place an order before 12pm AWST. This may take up to 2 - 8 business days to Western Australia, Northern Territory and non-metro areas.

Express Delivery

Delivery will occur between 9am – 5pm the next business day when you place an order before 12pm AWST. Express delivery may take up to 1- 4 business days to Western Australia, Northern Territory and non-metro areas.

Delivery Order Updates

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with our delivery partners tracking details if they’re available. You will also receive updates from our delivery partner throughout the delivery journey. 

Courier Service

We use Sendle as our main courier service. Sendle is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. That means we get your goods where they are going while taking care of the planet.

Sendle can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

Sendle specialise in door-to-door delivery, which is why we need a physical street address. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.

Collection points may include newsagents or service stations. These are offered as delivery locations  It's important to us that every parcel completes its Sendle journey safe and sound, but sometimes there are locations that may not have nearby collection points to make this possible. If this is the case, Sendle may opt to have these parcels returned to the sender.
